Hi-Flame Ecodesign Stoves
Ecodesign is an EU-wide programme aimed at improving energy efficiency and reducing emissions from various types of energy-related products, including stoves, and it will come into force on 1st January 2022. Ecodesign stoves have been specifically designed to significantly cut greenhouse gas contributions and air pollutants such as carbon monoxide (CO), nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide (NOx), organic gaseous carbon (OGC) and particulates (PM) whilst at the same time being as energy efficient as possible. New Ecodesign stoves produce some 80% less emissions than a stove that's over ten years old and a staggering 90% less than an open fire.

Alpha Stoves
Alpha give you a choice of six highly efficient wood burning and multi fuel stoves. The Alpha 1 and Alpha II have not only passed the rigorous clean burn tests needed to be approved by Defra (the UK’s Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs) as Smoke Exempted Appliances allowing you to burn wood in urban areas, but also meet the even tougher 2022 European-wide Ecodesign limits on a much wider range of unwanted emissions including, for the first time, NOx. This is aimed at significantly improving air quality and ensures that stoves which carry the Ecodesign Ready label are the most environmentally friendly stoves currently available.
Graphite Stoves
All Graphite stoves have been CE tested in the UK and Holland to EN13240 or EN13229 as appropriate, to ensure that they meet or exceed all current EU safety and emissions standards – the Graphite Five and Eight also meet the strict new EU 2022 Ecodesign emissions controls. All Graphite stoves are Construction Products Regulations (CPR) compliant and many models have also been approved by Hetas. Graphite stoves are also listed on the HARP database which has been specially developed to help homeowners identify the most efficient heating systems.
Precision Stoves
