Shipping Times

We aim to have all orders dispatched within 5 working days of ordering. For items such as stove glass which are normally cut as needed this can sometimes take a bit longer due to spikes in demand at certain times of the year. You will get an update on your order once it has been sent for packing, this will contain the tracking information and is updated by the courier once it has been collected.

 

Item has gone Out of Stock

Despite our best efforts, sometimes an item will sell out and not be removed from the stock on the website in time for other orders to be placed. In the event an item has gone out of stock we aim to contact you within 48 hours with an alternative option or to give you information on how long it will be until they are back in stock.

 

Returns

If you have ordered the wrong part, then you are welcome to return the order to us at Hi-Flame Stoves, Kiltonga Industrial Estate, Belfast Road, Newtownards, BT23 4TJ for a full refund or part exhange should you wish to swap it for another part.
